Our core Private Retainer service offers a remote, comprehensive, ongoing partnership that supports every area of your financial life. Ideal for clients with significant assets who want a long-term, collaborative approach to managing their wealth—with the added benefit of having nearly every financial task handled on their behalf.

Fees:
We charge a flat annual fee for ongoing service, based on the complexity of your situation, rather than a percentage of your assets, aligning our time and resources with your specific needs—not just your portfolio size.
Accurate complexity cannot be determined before the Initial Financial Review, however, all annual fees consistently fall well below the industry average of 1% of assets.

Our Initial Financial Review provides immediate clarity and direction, offering actionable recommendations and a personalized roadmap for your financial progress—with 30 days of optional support for implementation. If we both see strong, long-term value in working together, you may be invited to continue through our Private Retainer program. Otherwise, the review can stand on its own—ideal for those who prefer to implement independently.

Fees:
The Financial Review is a flat $1,500 fee, with a $150 deposit required to hold your appointment. The deposit is fully refundable if canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled date.
